I love this bedroom, wish it was mine....hopefully someday we will be able to have a log cabin with walls like that...but no carpet, I dont do carpet very well...LOL
See! Great minds do think a like. We had planned on putting in hardwood up there too. However, I don't know if it is the slanted ceiling or what but when it was just plywood on the floor it was so loud and echo-y, it hurt your ears... adding the furniture would have dampened some but I didn't want to take the chance that it wouldn't fix all of the noise...so we put in carpet.
And this room is ready for it's next hundred years.
